Jane and I have used Lane Larson for many years both in selling our home or purchasing of a new home. We also have used other real estate agents as we have sold and purchased homes in other states than Minnesota. Jane and I can confirm without hesitation that our best experiences have always been with Lane in helping or representing us. Lane takes the time to understand what you are looking for in a home and the priorities to you as a purchaser of a new home. He will then filter and look for these homes to present to you. He also offers insight into these homes on strengths/weaknesses, market valuation, and update/repairs. Also if you are selling your home he offers insight in how to best present your home to obtain best price.

We would highly recommend Lane as an real estate agent in selling or purchasing of a home. He is someone you can trust, follows thru, gives you the information you need whether good or bad, but most of all will represent you professionally and honestly.

Thank you,

Rick and Jane Greenwood

Overview:

Victoria is a city in Carver County, Minnesota and is known as the City of Lakes and Parks with a population of over 7,500 residents.

History:

Michael Diethelm is believed to be the first settler in Victoria after setting up a shelter for his wife and two children in 1851 near the present day St. Victoria Church. The name Victoria goes back to 1856, when after several years of disagreement the families located on the north side of Lake Bavaria and those on the south side reached an agreement. Two families on the north side donated 30 acres of land for the church and at the suggestion of the southern faction, the church was named St. Victoria, a favored saint among three families from the south faction. In 1857, steamboats bringing supplies began to make periodic trips from St. Paul to Chaska and some businessmen established themselves in Chaska.
