There is well over 2000' of lake and river frontage to enjoy all that nature has to offer. You can fish, duck hunt and deer hunt. In the summer sou can float on tubes from Phelps Mill down the river to this property on the northern part of the property there are tall ancient oaks and on the southern side there are mature tamaracks and willow.
